This project deals with the question of inclusion in the transformation to a smart electricity grid. Smart grid development is closely related to digitalization and the project aims to identify customer segments that risk being excluded when smart grid features are implemented. The project also aims to create strategies to enable these customer segments to engage in the services and benefits that a smart grid offers.
